This grille fits all Wrangler JL models and the Gladiator JT. It’s a direct swap-and-play installation—no drilling, cutting, or extra modifications required.In most cases, your grille will arrive 80% assembled if a trim slots customization was ordered. You’ll simply snap in the left and right surrounds, push in the clips, and you’re set. For certain single stage finishes, we may leave those pieces unassembled to prevent scratching during transit.Assembly and installation are straightforward. A manual is included, and we also provide step-by-step installation videos.

What is a Two-Tone Willys style or 392 grille?

What does “Raptorzied” mean?

Truck Bed Liners!Originally engineered to take the abuse of daily use in truck beds, they’ve built a cult following as rugged armor for off-road builds. We first fell in love with their bold look and proven toughness after seeing Raptorized Jeeps at SEMA.For Jeeps, though, we wanted a finish that looked tougher yet more OEM(less clumpy). So we adjusted the formula—smoothing out the heavy “popcorn” texture into a subtle, powder-coat-like finish while keeping the same hardcore protection against UV, weather, and trail damage. The result is smooth coating that shrugs off the elements and requires almost no upkeep.

What should I know about the build quality of your 2024 grille?

Our plain 2024 grille is built to OEM fitment, specifications, and structure, and finished with a satin performance black coating on the panel. The standard Rubicon Grey trim on our grille features a solid, durable coating designed to withstand harsh chemicals such as strip wash and alcohol. While many aftermarket grilles on the market rely on lower-grade materials and less precise molding—often resulting in inconsistent fitment and incorrect dimensions—these differences are usually only noticeable when compared side by side.Photo by @Mexican_Overlander

I can’t seem to find the COLOR I’m looking for!

Every color shown in our listing means we either have it in stock or already have the paint mixed and ready to spray. These are factory-code–matched colors that we purchase by the gallon.If your color isn’t listed, no worries — we can mix it through our local supplier.Just leave a note at checkout or reach out to us. We can do any color with a valid paint code, but we cannot match colors based on photos or HEX codes. Sorry!

Do your tape-on parts hold well?

They fly off the minute you start driving — just kidding.Our tape-on parts hold extremely well. We use 3M VHB tape, and we’ve run these parts through drive-through car washes on our own Jeep and Bronco to test durability. When the surface is properly cleaned, the bond is incredibly strong.When you’re ready to remove it, the tape comes off in one clean piece — unlike cheap foam tapes that crumble and make a mess.

Do you offer any warranty on your paint work?

This might sound crazy, we do offer a decent "Lifetime Warranty" on our paint work.We’ve always taken care of our customers, and that won’t change. If something goes wrong — whether it’s our fault or just “God’s plan” — we’re not going to leave you stuck with a scarface. Here’s how it works:We Cover any paint-failure issues. We’ll replace the part with some questions asked.• 1-year warranty on all painted parts• Lifetime warranty on all Raptorized partsAfter the warranty ends, we offer replacement parts at a discount.No Repair — we ship you a freshly refinished replacement.However, paint failures caused by external factors aren’t covered. In those cases, we can still offer a discounted replacement for the original purchaser, but they aren’t considered product defects to be fair.Examples include:Damage from improper care (pressure washer too close, harsh chemicals, etc.)Angry Birds, Rock chips or road debrisAccidents, impacts, or any “acts of God”
