Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Yotto Overland, you acknowledge you have read and fully agree to the following policies.

General Rules

Lead Time:

  • Most paint jobs ship within the same day or up to two weeks. If additional time is required, you will be notified.

Cancellation:

  • Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed.

Damaged During Shipping:

Please refer to the policy for each product category below.

  • To proceed for a claim, you must assist with us in a claim and supply at least 6 photos—covering all sides of the shipping box as well as the damaged product.
  • Without supporting evidence, we will be unable to assist, and your claim will be denied.

Return Policy:

Please refer to the policy for each product category below.

  • Eligible returns must be initiated within 3 days of delivery and the product must be in its original condition, and include all accessories and packaging.
  • Restocking Fee is 20% and up depending on the condition.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for any reason other than product defects.

Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages

  • We are not liable and will not assist for stolen packages or shipments marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received.
  • If tracking shows no updates and stuck in transit for over 21 days, we provide a replacement.

Failed Delivery / Rejected Packages

  • If a package was returned to us due to failed of delivery or rejection without your inform. We will cancel the order and refund the order excluding our shipping cost and a 20% and up restocking fee to you.

False Returns:

  • All returned items are inspected upon receipt. If the item does not match the stated reason for return, shows signs of use, is missing components, or is not in its original condition, we will contact you for clarification. Please note that in such cases, a refund may be denied.

Insured Shipments

To help protect your order and ensure peace of mind, we offer Insured Shipping for a small cost at checkout. Choosing this option will cover your shipment and save both you the headaches of lengthy claim processes if something happens in transit. You are covered for a full replacement if the situation meets the criteria.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances without the Insurance, we will not be able to offer a full replacement, and claim processing may be delayed. However, we will do our best—within the limits of our policy—to provide you with a fair solution.

Policy for Painted Parts

No Return & Yes Exchange

Returns on painted parts are not accepted. However, if you purchased the wrong color, we’ll invoice you to arrange an exchange.

Quality Inspection

All of our color-matched parts go through a rigorous inspection process to ensure they meet our quality standards before dispatching.

Shipping Damage Policy

-Imperfections
Minor imperfections such as chip and light scratch can occur during shipping. These are not considered defects, damage, or “items not as described”

-Significant Damage
If you receive an item with significant damage, please contact us with in 3 days. Claims for products that have already been installed will be denied. Valid claims require damage that prevents installation or causes visible cosmetic defects on the main surface of the parts.

-Compensation / Partial Refunds
For any compensation to be considered, a valid repair invoice from a body shop describing the repair work or estimate, printed on official invoice, and including shop license information—is required; handwritten notes, estimates without proper identification, or non-professional documentation will not be accepted, and claims without this documentation will be declined.

Warranty on Color Matched/Raptor Liner Parts

  • 6-month warranty on all color-matched parts (excluding handle covers) against defects arising from the paint process.
  • Raptorized lineup is backed by a lifetime warranty covering coating failures by itself. Please note: damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or God's plan is not covered under warranty.

Tape on Parts:

We are not responsible if taped-on parts come loose or fall off your vehicle. Our role is solely to provide high-quality color-matching services for these parts. We include premium 3M VHB tape that’s been thoroughly tested for strong, reliable adhesion.

Disclaimer:

Yotto Overland is not liable for any human error-related errors to color-matched parts. These damages typically prevent us from honoring our replacement and warranty policy. This includes damage caused by God's plan, paint chips resulting from car washes, and rock chips. 

PPF & Graphic Decal

By purchasing this decal from Yotto Overland, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policy outlined below.

No Returns on Used Decals — Please Inspect Before Installation

  • Inspect your decal upon arrival for condition, color accuracy, and fitment before installation.
  • If the decal arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied for any reason prior install, contact us before installation to arrange a replacement or refund.
  • Do not install the decal if you are inexperienced or unsure. Once peeled off, the decal is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange.


📦 Return Conditions

  • All returns must be authorized in advance.
  • Returns must be unpeeled and in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued minus round trip shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% and up restocking fee depending on condition.
  • If damage or wear is found, the refund may be denied and package will be reship back to you.

⚠️Warranty After Installation

  • Once installed, decals is covered by 6 months warranty. A replacement set may be offered at a discounted price during the warranty period.
  • Installation errors (creasing, misalignment, bubbling, peeling, etc.) are the responsibility of the installer.

🎨 Color & Fitment

  • Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
  • All decals are tested to fit OEM specifications under proper installation.
  • Decals are intentionally printed slightly oversized (with an excess safety line) to allow trimming for a precise fit.

These factors do not qualify as “inaccurate descriptions” and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Return & Warranty

Due to California regulations regarding the shipment of chemical hazards, this product is strictly non-returnable once fueled with Diesel.

  • Returns are permitted prior to use but are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
  • We provide repair or replacement services for part failures reported within three (3) months of delivery.
  • Yotto Overland is not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or injuries arising from installation, operation, or use of this product.
  • This unit and its components are produced by a third-party manufacturer based in USA. Yotto Overland’s role is solely that of a distributor.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Equipment failure
  • Legal penalties
  • Financial loss

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local regulations.

Warranty Coverage

For Yotto Overland

  • Painted Parts: 6-month warranty. Exclusions include user error, paint chip from pressure wash, road debris or anything related to god's act.
  • Raptorized Parts: Lifetime warranty. Exclusions include user error, liner chip from pressure wash, road debris or anything related to god's act.
  • Diesel Heater: 6-month warranty. Exclusions include modification made to the original design and improper usage.
  • Decal Graphics: No warranty coverage.
  • Cargo Platform: No warranty coverage.

Drop Ship Orders

For all drop-shipped orders, please contact the original manufacturer or supplier directly for any return or warranty claims. Yotto Overland does not provide coverage or handle claims for products fulfilled by third-party vendors.

Chargeback Policy

At Yotto Overland, we value every customer and stand firmly behind our service and reputation. If you believe we have not provided reasonable service or product quality, we will carefully review the matter and take appropriate responsibility in line with our policies, offering the best resolution we can.

In rare and extreme circumstances, if a request falls outside of our published policies or is deemed unreasonable, we reserve the right to respectfully decline service. The matter may be escalated through dispute. Please note that all disputes will be fully contested, with supporting documentation provided to ensure a fair and balanced review from both perspectives.

Fraudulent chargebacks — including false claims of unauthorized purchases, missing shipments, or misrepresented products — will be fully disputed and rebilled with supporting documentation. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action and involve collection agencies if necessary.

User-Generated Content Usage Policy

By tagging us or using our designated hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, reproduce, modify, and/or distribute the tagged content, including images, videos, or captions, for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.

Final Purchase Agreement

By placing an order with Yotto Overland through our website, invoice, or other form of payments, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Payments made through these platforms are subject to our primary policy as outlined above.
