Policy Agreement

By placing an order with Yotto Overland, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the following policies. Yotto Overland Believes "rules are made to be broken", Should any policy fail to meet your expectations, please contact us with a reasonable cause, we will consider a fair adjustment to your condition.

Lead Time, Shipping & Insurance

Lead Time:

  • Most orders ship within 0–2 weeks.
  • We ALWAYS keep inventory on hand, but please allow up to 2 weeks for order processing if we have to order parts.
  • Drop-shipped items will be shipped directly from our partners.

Cancellation:

  • You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed.

Shipping Insurance

  • All orders come with free shipping insurance from Yotto Overland. This covers damage during shipping onlyNot lost or stolen packages.

OopS Damaged?

  • Minor paint dings, light scratches, or swirls on clear coat are NOT considered damage. However, we will assist on helping you out based on the condition of your product.
  • For damaged claims or replacements, the shipment must be damaged in a way that prevents installation or shows visible cosmetic issues.
  • You must assist us to file a claim with the carrier and provide photos of the damaged box and product.

Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages

  • We’re not liable for stolen packages or if the tracking says delivered but the package isn’t there. Once shipped, it’s the customer’s responsibility to receive and track the package.
  • If it’s been 21+ days with no updates, we’ll work on a insurance claim and offer a replacement.

Failed Delivery / Rejected Packages

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.
  • We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to typos.
  • If a package was returned to us by carrier, we will cancel the order and refund the order excluding our shipping cost and $5 repackaging fee to you.

Returns & Exchanges

Replacement Policy:

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a defective item, we will send a replacement after receiving the defected product back from you.

"No Return" Policy:

ALL Color Matched Parts are non-returnable and exchangeable. Please ensure you select the correct color and model that meets your requirements.

For other items: You may return under the following conditions:

  • All returns have a 10%-20% restocking fee, depending on the condition.
  • If your orders were shipped free, the original shipping fee is deducted from refunds.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for any reason other than product defects.

False Returns:

  • All returned items are subject to inspection and verification. If the returned item doesn’t match the reason provided, a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
  • If a product was been used, we will send back to you at our costs and refund will be denied by us.

Exchange Policy:

NO EXCHANGE FOR COLOR MATCHED PART.

No Return, or Exchange for color-matched parts.

Parts & Finish Quality Guarantee:

At our core, we offer premium refinishing service for the parts we source from reputable manufacturers. We facilitate cross-inspection prior to each item’s shipment. Each order will only be dispatched if we approve that the paintwork meets our standards.

Facts on Color Accuracy:

Yotto Overland utilizes premium materials from Akzo Nobel, PPG, Seymour, and Glasurit Clears to achieve exceptional finishes. We precisely match each OEM color by matching its exact code dialed to the model of the vehicle. However, freshly painted plastic components may exhibit slight variations compared to factory-painted panels on metal, which have already been exposed to UV radiation for an extended period. This subtle discrepancy is negligible and is not considered a mismatch unless the color significantly deviates from your OEM body panel. In such instances, we conduct an investigation and provide a solution.

Disclaimer:

Yotto Overland is not liable for any human error-related damages to color-matched parts. These damages typically prevent us from honoring our six-month warranty policy. This includes damage caused by God's plan, paint chips resulting from car washes, and rock chips. 

Graphics Vinyl Decal

Disclaimer

Our decals are not exact replicas of OEM designs. They are custom-made to capture a similar aesthetic, while incorporating different design elements from OEM.

Customer Responsibility

By purchasing, you agreed that you will Inspect the decal before installation. Contact us for a replacement if you notice defects. No refunds or returns after installation. We don’t refund or replace for installation errors like creasing, misalignment, bubbling, or peeling due to improper application.

Color & Fitment Variations

As each product is custom-designed, variations in color or fitment may occur. These do not qualify for refunds or returns.

No Returns

All decals are made to order. Once installation has begun, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Combusto Diesel Heater

Combusto Diesel Heater Policy & Disclaimer

  • The Combusto Diesel Heater is a custom turnkey product and is strictly non-returnable.
  • We offer repair or replacement services for part failures within three months of delivery.
  • Yotto Overland is not responsible for damages, malfunctions, or injuries resulting from installation, use, or operation.
  • This unit and its components are manufactured by a third party. Yotto Overland’s role is limited to testing and priming before dispatch.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Equipment failure
  • Legal penalties
  • Financial loss

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local regulations.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Yotto Overland, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication or seeking resulotion will be a forfeiture of your claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks—including false claims of unauthorized transactions, lost shipments, or product misrepresentation—will be fully disputed with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including engagement with collection agencies.

Final Purchase Agreement

By placing an order with Yotto Overland through our website, invoice, or other form of payments, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Payments made through these platforms are subject to our primary policy as outlined above.
