Order Verification

Before placing your order, ensure that the selected parts and color are compatible with your vehicle’s year, make, and model. Our team is more than happy to assist you with any questions you may have before purchase, and we have a fast response time.

Lead Time

Most in-stock orders ship within 3 business days.

Made-to-order and paint-to-order items require 0–6 weeks for production before shipment.

Order Cancellation & Fee

Once an order is entered into production, it cannot be canceled.

If customer requests cancellation within the agreed 31-day lead time, the payment processing fee charged by the payment provider—2.7% plus $0.30—is non-refundable. This fee is paid directly to the payment provider and is not returned to us when an order is canceled. As a small business, we are unable to absorb this cost. Thank you for your understanding.

Return Policy

If the product is returnable, it must be in unused, open-box condition. Returns can be made within 7 days of delivery. However, items that have been assembled, installed, modified, or show any signs of use are not eligible for return.

We encourage customers to arrange their own return shipping and clearly write the order number on the outside of the package. To request a prepaid return label, please contact us at support@yottooverland.com

Restocking Fee

A restocking fee of 20% or more applies to all approved returns, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

If the order was originally shipped for free, or if we provide a return shipping label, the applicable shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund, in addition to the restocking fee.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, with proof of delivery, are not eligible for replacement or refund if later reported missing. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery.

If a package is lost in transit, we will assist in filing a carrier investigation or package search claim. Replacements and refunds will not be issued while the claim is under review.

Failed Delivery or Refused Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient, the order will be treated as a return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any return shipping fees, carrier charges, or restocking fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

Returns

Custom-painted items are provided as a refinishing service and are generally final sale. If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility.

Paint Finish & Color Accuracy Disclaimer

We take pride in delivering a high-quality finish at a practical price; however, we understand that individual expectations may vary. Our paint service is a production-level refinishing service, not a concours- or show-quality finish. Minor cosmetic imperfections may occur, and color matching is intended to closely match the vehicle’s OEM paint code. Differences in primer or foundation color and metal versus plastic surfaces may affect the final result.

Visible imperfections are corrected and polished whenever possible, and every item must pass inspection before shipment. Minor cosmetic imperfections and slight color variation within our quality standards do not constitute a defect or product misrepresentation.

Damaged During Shipping

Any damage or concerns must be reported prior to assembly or installation.

Minor Imperfection: Due to the nature of shipping freshly painted parts, minor surface scratches or small dings may occur. These can typically be corrected with light polishing or detailing. Such minor imperfections are not considered damage and are not grounds for dispute or return. In these cases, we provide a polishing compound kit to help restore the finish.

Chips: In case a chipped clear coat occurs during transit, we will either take the part back for repainting or send you a replacement.

Significant Damage: Painted parts with critical damage—such as cracks and dislocation that prevent proper installation. In these cases, we will replace the damaged part.

Lost/Stolen/Delayed

• If a package is confirmed lost in transit for 14 days or more, we will offer a replacement after all reasonable attempts to locate the shipment have failed.
• Once a shipment is confirmed delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient. We cannot replace or reimburse items reported missing after confirmed delivery.

Warranty Coverage

• Color-matched parts: 1-year warranty
• Raptorized products: 1-year warranty

During the warranty period, if paint failure occurs due to a coating defect (and not from improper installation, physical damage, misuse, or natural causes), we will provide repair or replacement services. We do not offer warranty coverage for damage caused by human error or God's plan.

Expectations

Our vinyl material are not stretchable wrap films like premium 3M vinyl wraps. They are designed to be installed using a wet application method, with waterborne adhesion promoter used as an installation aid.

For best results, professional installation is recommended. Minor edge trimming may be required during installation to achieve the final fit and cleanest appearance.

Installation Requirements

• Please inspect your decal upon arrival for overall condition and personal satisfaction before installation.
• Under no circumstances should the decal be applied directly to a vehicle that has been ceramic coated, waxed, or paint sealed.
• The vehicle surface must be properly decontaminated using a strip wash and paint correction polishing to ensure proper adhesion.
• Installation must also be performed indoors, with the vehicle surface fully cooled down and away from direct sunlight or excessive heat exposure.
• If experiencing difficulties, apply 3M Tape Primer with a cotton swab for adhesion.
• Failure to follow these preparation requirements may result in improper adhesion, bubbling, lifting, or installation failure, which will not be considered a product defect or valid grounds for return, refund, or replacement.

Return Requirements

• Returns are only accepted if the item is in unpeeled condition.
• Before removing the backing, you and your installer must carefully inspect and confirm the decal’s condition. Only proceed with installation if you are fully comfortable with the product.
  
• Once the backing has been removed or the decal has been installed, the item is considered used and is no longer eligible for return.
• Approved returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 20% or more, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Replacement

We don’t provide replacements for individual sections. If you encounter any installation issues, you can use the code “Replcement20” to receive a 20% discount on a complete set. Please ensure that you enter the code under your purchaser’s email address, and it can only be used once per account.

Warranty

• Once installed, decals is covered by 6 months warranty against print defects.
• Installation or human errors (creasing, misalignment, bubbling, peeling, etc.) are the responsibility of the installer.

Color & Fitment

• Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
• All decals are tested to fit OEM specifications under proper installation.
• Decals are intentionally printed slightly oversized (with an excess safety line) to allow trimming for a precise fit.

These factors do not qualify as “inaccurate descriptions” and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Lead Time

All drawer systems are made to order. Production usually takes about 3 weeks from the date of purchase, and shipping takes an additional 2-3 weeks to our warehouse for inspection before we dispatch.

Vehicle Compatibility

There are two different versions of these drawer systems:

• Hybrid Models (4xe)
• Non-Hybrid Models (Gasoline & Diesel)

The dimensions and construction of each version differ. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify their vehicle configuration before placing an order.

Orders placed for the incorrect vehicle configuration are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to the custom-built nature of these products.

Returns & Cancellations

Because all drawer systems are built specifically for each order, all sales are final once production begins.

We do not accept returns for:

• Incorrect vehicle selection by the customer
• Change of mind
• Custom-made products

Shipping Insurance

Yotto Overland splits shipping and insurance by 50% with the customer.

In the unfortunate event that shipping damage occurs, replacement parts for damaged drawer components are available and will be provided.

We do not offer complete drawer replacements for minor or moderate shipping damage.

A full replacement will only be considered if the drawer system is delivered in a condition deemed total loss, meaning the unit is structurally compromised beyond reasonable repair or replacement of individual components.

*Yotto Overland reserves the right to determine whether a claim qualifies for replacement parts or a complete replacement based on submitted photos and inspection of the damage.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined above.

Return & Warranty

Due to regulations on shipment of chemical hazards:

• Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee including hazmat fee.
• We provide repair or replacement services for part failures reported within 12 months of delivery.
• Yotto Overland is not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or injuries arising from installation, modification, operation, or use of this product.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and any associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for any property damage, personal injury, equipment failure, legal penalties, financial loss, or other damages resulting from the installation, use, misuse, or maintenance of the product. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure the heater is properly installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines and all applicable local laws and regulations.

Installation Responsibility

By purchasing from Yotto Overland, you acknowledge and agree that preparation, assembly, and installation are the customer’s responsibility.

Any installation errors, improper assembly, modifications, or damage caused during installation are not valid grounds to classify the product as unacceptable, defective, or eligible for return under our return policy.

However, replacement parts may be available at a reasonable cost in cases where damage occurs due to improper installation or handling.

By tagging us or using our designated hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, reproduce, modify, and/or distribute the tagged content, including images, videos, or captions, for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
