Policy

Please review the policies specific to your product’s category, by placing an order with Yotto Overland, you agree to all applicable product and refinishing service policies.

Lead Time

  • Most orders are shipped within the next two days.
  • Made-to-order and paint-to-order items have a lead time of 0 to 4 weeks.

Order Cancellation

  • You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed.

Returns

  • Please refer to the policy applicable to your product’s category.
  • If a return is requested due to a confirmed product defect, all applicable fees will be covered by us.
  • Unused, open-box items may be returned within 7 days of delivery. If a return shipping label is provided, both the original and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of 20% applies to all returns, except in cases where the item is received damaged or defective.

Lost/Stolen/Delayed Packages

  • Orders marked as “Delivered” with proof of delivery are not eligible for replacement if they are later claimed to be missing.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages and do not assist further in these cases.
  • If a package is stuck in transit over 14 days, we will send a replacement.

Failed Delivery / Rejected Packages

  • If a package is refused or returned due to an unsuccessful delivery, the order will be canceled and treated as a return.

Workmanship Guarantee

We take pride in using premium-tier materials at every stage. Nothing in our process involves shortcuts or mid production materials. Combined with skilled hands and proven techniques, we deliver a refined paint finish and a product we’re proud to stand behind.

Return Policy & Processing Fees

  • Painted items are made to order and are non-returnable. Exceptions may be made for confirmed workmanship defects due to our negligence or shipping damages.
  • Return reasons other than paint-related issues are subject to shipping costs and a waivable 20% restocking fee, based on the condition of the returned item.
  • To avoid additional restocking fees, items must be uninstalled, unused, and returned in original condition with all parts included. Any missing components, signs of use, or damage caused by improper packaging may result in a higher restocking fee.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable for any reasons. Return shipping may be covered by us on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges

All exchanges are processed as new purchases.

Lost/Stolen/Delayed

  • If a package is confirmed lost in transit for 14 days or more, we will offer a replacement after all reasonable attempts to locate the shipment have failed.
  • If a package is marked as delivered but later claimed lost or stolen, we will assist with a carrier claim; however, we are not responsible for replacement or compensation.

Paint Job Disclaimer

  • Freshly painted parts are dedicated. Any minor cosmetic imperfections caused by shipping that can be polished are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, partial refund, or exchange.
  • We use factory paint codes to achieve the closest possible match. A 100% perfect color matching cannot be guaranteed due to material differences.
  • Slight color variation does not qualify as a product “not as described.” If a color is visibly incorrect compared to your vehicle, we will rework the item or issue a refund.
  • We don’t advertise our paint finish as flawless.

Warranty Coverage

  • Color-matched parts: 1-year warranty
  • Raptorized products: Lifetime

Within or outside the warranty period, if paint failure occurs on its own (not caused by installation error, physical damage, or acts of nature), we will provide a replacement at no cost or at a discounted rate.

Returns Acceptable Before Installation

  • Inspect your decal upon arrival for condition, color accuracy, and fitment before installation.
  • Do not install the decal if you are inexperienced. Once peeled off, the decal is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returns must be unpeeled and in original condition.
  • Refunds are issued minus round trip shipping fees and will be subject to a 20% and up restocking fee depending on condition.
  • If damage or wear is found, the refund may be denied and package will be reship back to you.

Warranty After Installation

  • Once installed, decals is covered by 1 year warranty. A replacement set may be offered at a discounted price during the warranty period.
  • Installation errors (creasing, misalignment, bubbling, peeling, etc.) are the responsibility of the installer.

Color & Fitment

  • Slight color variations may occur due to monitor settings and lighting conditions.
  • All decals are tested to fit OEM specifications under proper installation.
  • Decals are intentionally printed slightly oversized (with an excess safety line) to allow trimming for a precise fit.

These factors do not qualify as “inaccurate descriptions” and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

All drop-shipped products follow the return and warranty policies of the original manufacturer or partner seller. Any approved return must be shipped back to the original sender, not to Yotto Overland.

Return & Warranty

Due to regulations on shipment of chemical hazards:

  • Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee including hazmat fee.
  • We provide repair or replacement services for part failures reported within three (3) months of delivery.
  • Yotto Overland is not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or injuries arising from installation, operation, or use of this product.
  • This unit and its components are produced by a third-party manufacturer. Yotto Overland’s role is solely that of a distributor.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Equipment failure
  • Legal penalties
  • Financial loss

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local regulations.

We value every customer and stand firmly behind our service and reputation. If you believe we have not provided reasonable service or product quality, we will carefully review the matter and take appropriate responsibility in line with our policies, offering the best resolution we can.

In rare and extreme circumstances, if a request falls outside of our published policies or is deemed unreasonable, we reserve the right to respectfully decline service. The matter may be escalated through dispute. Please note that all disputes will be fully contested, with supporting documentation provided to ensure a fair and balanced review from both perspectives.

Fraudulent chargebacks — including false claims of unauthorized purchases, missing shipments, or misrepresented products — will be fully disputed and rebilled with supporting documentation. We also reserve the right to pursue legal action and involve collection agencies if necessary.

By tagging us or using our designated hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, reproduce, modify, and/or distribute the tagged content, including images, videos, or captions, for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
