For your convenience, your grille will arrive 95% assembled, with just the left and right sides of the surround left detached for extra protection during shipping. 

The $10 fee is a tip that goes directly to our painter for their hard work. We pay them well, and we don't cut corners on their craftsmanship. However, if you feel like for some extra supports, your kindness is appreciated.
