Lead Time, Shipping & Insurance

Lead Time

  • None to 3 weeks. We do maintain a substantial inventory to ensure timely delivery. You will be notified if we are experiencing a production delay.
  • Drop shippings, they will be shipped directly from our partners for delivery.

As long as your order hasn’t been initiated yet.

Hassle-Free Shipping Insurance

For orders over $300, Yotto Overland provides Covered shipping insurance. As of March 13, 2025, we have discontinued Route Shipping Protection. Our current insurance covers Damaged During Shipping only and does not extend to lost or stolen packages.

Damaged During Shipping 

Replacements will be dispatched once we filed the claim. We do not deem minor paint dings or light scratches incurred during transit as damage. To qualify for a replacement, the item must be damaged to the extent that it prevents installation or presents visible cosmetic issues.

Delay/Lost/Stolen Package Policy

  • "Delivered": Our free insurance does not fully cover lost/stolen packages. For extra peace of mind, you may opt for paid Insured Shipping at checkout.
  • Stolen: Upon the departure of the package from our warehouse, the responsibility for tracking and receiving falls solely upon the customer. In the unfortunate event of a package being stolen, it is not within our control or liability. 
  • Lost in Transit: If a package is delayed for more than 21+ Days minimum, we will provide a replacement.

Failed Delivery/ Rejected Package

  • The customer bears the responsibility for accurately entering their address. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to a typo error, we cannot be held liable for relocating it. 
  • We don’t offer refunds/replacement for package rejection without notice or failed delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Replacement

We offer replacements for defective products. If you receive a defective item, please contact us before initiating a return. Unauthorized returns will be rejected and discarded with no refund.

Soft No Return Policy

We accept returns if you purchased the incorrect part and it does not fit your vehicle, excluding color-matched orders.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that were improperly installed, damaged during installation, or affected by any user-related errors.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and shipping insurance will be mandatory.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • To receive a full refund, items must be returned in pristine condition. Refunds may be denied or adjusted if the item shows signs of wear or damage upon inspection.

False Return

All returned items are subject to inspection and evaluation. If a return is found to be inconsistent with the reason provided, a restocking fee of 40% may be applied and you will be notified before we process the refund.

Exchange Terms

  • Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging to qualify for exchange.

Color Matched Parts

No Return

  • By placing an order with Yotto Overland, you agreed that there is no refund, return or exchange for color matched parts.

Parts & Paint Quality Inspection

  • At our core, we offer a color matching service for the parts we source from reputable manufacturers. We facilitate cross-inspection prior to each item’s shipment. Each order will only be dispatched if we approve that the paintwork meets our standards.

Facts on Color Matching:

  • Yotto Overland utilizes premium materials from Akzo Nobel, PPG, Seymour, and Glasurit Clears to attain exceptional finishes. We match each OEM color by precisely mixing its exact code dialed to the model of the vehicle for an accurate outcome. However, freshly painted plastic components may exhibit a slight variation compared to factory-painted panels on metal. This subtle discrepancy is negligible and is not considered a mismatch unless the color significantly deviates from your OEM body panel. In such instances, we conduct an investigation and will provide you with a solution.

Our decals are not exact replicas of OEM designs. They are custom-made to capture a similar aesthetic, while incorporating different design elements from OEM.

Customer Responsibility

Please inspect the decal upon delivery and before installation. If you notice any defects, contact us immediately for a replacement.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for issues caused by installation errors, including creasing, misalignment, bubbling, or peeling due to improper application.

Color & Fitment Variations

As each product is custom-designed, variations in color or fitment may occur. These do not qualify for refunds or returns.

No Returns

All decals are made to order. Once installation has begun, returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Combusto Diesel Heater

Combusto Diesel Heater Policy & Disclaimer

  • The Combusto Diesel Heater is a custom turnkey product and is strictly non-returnable.
  • We offer repair or replacement services for part failures within three months of delivery.
  • Yotto Overland is not responsible for damages, malfunctions, or injuries resulting from installation, use, or operation.
  • This unit and its components are manufactured by a third party. Yotto Overland’s role is limited to testing and priming before dispatch.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Equipment failure
  • Legal penalties
  • Financial loss

It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local regulations.

Warranty Coverage

Returns & Warranty Claims for Drop Ship Orders
For all drop-shipped orders, please contact the original manufacturer or supplier directly for any return or warranty claims. Yotto Overland does not provide coverage or handle claims for products fulfilled by third-party vendors.

For Yotto Overland

  • Grille: 6-month warranty. Exclusions include user error and god's act.
  • Painted Parts: Exclusions include user error and god's act.
  • Raptor Liner Parts: Lifetime warranty. Exclusions include user error and extreme weather conditions.
  • Diesel Heater: 6-month warranty. Exclusions include user error and any modifications made to the product.
  • Decal Graphics: No warranty coverage.
  • Cargo Platform: No warranty coverage.
  • In-House Designs: Lifetime warranty. Exclusions include user error and extreme weather conditions.

Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void if the product has been:

  • Improperly used or not properly maintained.
  • Damaged due to accidents, unauthorized modifications, road debris, or exposure to harsh environmental factors.
  • Please ensure proper use and maintenance to retain your warranty coverage. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact our customer support team.

Chargeback Policy

By purchasing from Yotto Overland, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication or seeking resulotion will be a forfeiture of your claim.

Fraudulent chargebacks—including false claims of unauthorized transactions, lost shipments, or product misrepresentation—will be fully disputed with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to pursue legal action, including engagement with collection agencies and small claims court if necessary.

Final Purchase Agreement

By placing an order with Yotto Overland through our website, invoice, or other form of payments, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Payments made through these platforms are subject to our primary policy as outlined above.
