General Shipping Rules
Lead Time:
- Most paint jobs ship within 2 weeks.
- You’ll be notified if we need to order any parts.
Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed.
Damaged?
- For damaged claims or replacements, the shipment must be damaged in a way that prevents installation or shows visible cosmetic issues on the facial of the product.
- You must assist us to file a claim with the carrier and provide photos of the damaged box and product for the claim
- If you are unable to provide supporting evidence, we're sorry that your claim will be denied.
Lost / Stolen / Delayed Packages
- We’re not liable for stolen packages or if the tracking says delivered but the package isn’t there. Once shipped, it’s the customer’s responsibility to receive and track the package.
- If it’s been 21+ days with no updates, we’ll work on a insurance claim and offer a replacement with insurance approval.
Failed Delivery / Rejected Packages
- Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We are not liable for packages delivered to the wrong address due to typos.
- If a package was returned to us by carrier, due to failed of delivery, we will cancel the order and refund the order excluding our shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee to you.
Returns
Replacement Policy:
We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a facotry defected item, we will send a replacement after receiving the defected product back from you.
Return Policy:
All returns must be made with in 7 days of delivery in original condition with all accessories included and unused.
- Restocking Fee: All returns incur a 20% and up restocking fee, depending on the condition.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility for any reason other than product defects.

False Returns:
All returned items are inspected and verified. If they don’t match the reason provided or were used, we’ll contact you to discuss the situation, and a refund may be denied.

Damaged During Shipping
- Scratches, swirls, or small chips may occur during shipping turbulence. These are not considered damage, or defect.
- For damaged claims or replacements, the shipment must be damaged in a way that prevents installation or shows visible cosmetic issues on the facial of the product.
- You must assist us to file a claim with the carrier and provide photos of the damaged box and product.
Warranty on Color Matched/Raptor Liner Parts
We offer a 6-month warranty on our color-matched parts (excluding handle covers) against any defects resulting from the paint process. Our Raptorized lineup is covered by a lifetime warranty for any natural coating failures.
Please note: damage caused by misuse or user error is not covered under warranty. However, we still want to support you — if damage occurs due to user error, we offer a one-time free re-coating service. You cover the cost of the part, and we’ll take care of the coating and labor.
Disclaimer:
Yotto Overland is not liable for any human error-related damages to color-matched parts. These damages typically prevent us from honoring our warranty policy. This includes damage caused by God's plan, paint chips resulting from car washes, and rock chips.
PPF & Graphic Decal
⚠️By purchasing this decal from Yotto Overland, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policy outlined below.
These decals are aftermarket products and not OEM. If you require OEM print standards, we recommend purchasing directly from your dealership.
🚫 No Returns on Used Decals — Please Inspect Before Installation
- Inspect your decal upon arrival for condition, color accuracy, and fitment before installation.
- You may separate each panel and lightly tack them onto the vehicle to confirm you’re satisfied with the look.
- Do not install the decal if you are inexperienced or unsure. Once peeled off, the decal is considered used and is not eligible for return or exchange.
- If the decal arrives damaged or you are dissatisfied for any reason prior install, contact us before installation to arrange a replacement or refund.
🛠️ Installation Requirements
- This is a challenging application — we strongly recommend using a professional vehicle wrap installer (not a detailer).
- Professional degreasing, paint correction, and surface prep are mandatory.
- This is not a simple peel-and-stick product. Edges include excess film that must be trimmed with a razor for a sharp, precise fit.
- Proper prep and technique are essential for a lasting, professional result.
📦 Return Conditions
- All returns must be authorized in advance.
- Returns must be unpeeled and in original condition.
- Refunds are issued minus shipping fees and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee depending on condition.
- If damage or wear is found, the refund may be further reduced or denied.
⚠️ After Installation
- Once installed, decals are not covered by warranty.
- Installation errors (creasing, misalignment, bubbling, peeling, etc.) are the responsibility of the installer.
- A replacement set may be offered at a discounted price if needed.
🎨 Color & Fitment
- Slight color variations may occur due to monitor differences and lighting conditions.
- All decals are tested to fit OEM specifications under proper installation.
- Decals are intentionally printed slightly oversized (with an excess safety line) to allow trimming for a precise fit.
- These factors do not qualify as “inaccurate descriptions” and do not qualify for returns or refunds.

Return & Warranty
The Combusto Diesel Heater is a custom turnkey product. Due to California regulations regarding the shipment of chemical hazards, this product is strictly non-returnable once used.
- Returns are permitted prior to use but are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- We provide repair or replacement services for part failures reported within three (3) months of delivery.
- Yotto Overland is not responsible for any damages, malfunctions, or injuries arising from installation, operation, or use of this product.
- This unit and its components are produced by a third-party manufacturer based in USA. Yotto Overland’s role is solely that of a distributor.
Liability & Assumption of Risk
By purchasing and using the Combusto Diesel Heater, you assume full responsibility for its operation and associated risks. Yotto Overland is not liable for:
- Property damage
- Personal injury
- Equipment failure
- Legal penalties
- Financial loss
It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure proper installation, operation, and maintenance according to the manufacturer’s guidelines and local regulations.
Warranty Coverage
For Yotto Overland
- Painted Parts: 6-month warranty. Exclusions include user error, paint chip from pressure wash, road debris or anything related to god's act.
- Raptorized Parts: Lifetime warranty. Exclusions include user error, liner chip from pressure wash, road debris or anything related to god's act.
- Diesel Heater: 6-month warranty. Exclusions include modification made to the original design and improper usage.
- Decal Graphics: No warranty coverage.
- Cargo Platform: No warranty coverage.
Drop Ship Orders
For all drop-shipped orders, please contact the original manufacturer or supplier directly for any return or warranty claims. Yotto Overland does not provide coverage or handle claims for products fulfilled by third-party vendors
This warranty will be void if the product has been subjected to any of the following:
Warranty Avoid under:
- Improper setup, installation, or human error
- Accidents, damage, abuse, or misuse
- Use under abnormal or extreme conditions outside intended applications
- Normal wear and tear
- Use of parts, accessories, or attachments not approved by Yotto Overland
- Acts of nature or events beyond our control (Acts of God)
Chargeback Policy
We take customer service and feedback seriously — and we treat chargebacks with the same level of importance.
By purchasing from us, you agree to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without giving us the opportunity to assist may result in forfeiture of your claim.
Stolen packages, we will assist you in filing a carrier claim. Please be prepared to provide valid proof (such as video footage). If tracking shows the item was “delivered” with proof of delivery and no further evidence is available, we may be unable to offer additional support and you will be rebilled.
Fraudulent chargebacks — including false claims of unauthorized purchases, missing shipments, or misrepresented products — will be fully contested and rebilled with supporting documentation. We reserve the right to take legal action and involve collections agencies if necessary.
User-Generated Content Usage Policy
By tagging us or using our designated hashtags on social media, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, repost, reproduce, modify, and/or distribute the tagged content, including images, videos, or captions, for promotional, marketing, or commercial purposes.
Final Purchase Agreement
By placing an order with Yotto Overland through our website, invoice, or other form of payments, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above. Payments made through these platforms are subject to our primary policy as outlined above.
